Your Role

As part of our Performance Improvement and Restructuring team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' businesses. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Deloitte experts across legal, tax, and regulatory services, delivering customized solutions that address our clients' unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our core team by addressing client challenges and developing hands-on solutions, including performance improvement and strategic option analyses.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights and prepare comprehensive client reports and financial analyses.
• Assist in project management, tracking timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Contribute to business development efforts and ensure adherence to quality and risk procedures.
• Bring your ideas and investigative insights to advance projects and take ownership of deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a curious and analytical individual who excels at conveying complex information in an understandable way. Your ability to collaborate with various contributors to achieve practical solutions is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree focusing on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics, or law.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, transaction services, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proficient in financial statements with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to produce impactful insights.
• Open-mindedness towards integrating AI and innovative solutions in our processes.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in other languages, particularly French, is a plus.
