Relationship Manager WM (ED)

Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring a substantial number of new net money from high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) prospects. Collaboration with the Investment Advisor is vital, as you will manage the acquired portfolio as a team. Understanding and respecting the prospect's or client's needs and risk appetite is essential as you drive growth through sustainable and profitable client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trustworthy partnerships with clients, focusing on strategic advice.
• Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
• Define advisory processes and agreements tailored to client needs, collaborating closely with the Investment Advisor.
• Provide high-quality investment options for clients by working alongside team members and specialists from different areas.
• Grow a local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
• Ensure clients are managed in a way that fosters an effective risk culture within the team.

Your Expertise

• Previous experience in wealth management, ideally with 10 years of extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
• A proven track record in providing solutions for clients, whether on a discretionary or advisory basis.
• Exceptional networking skills with the ability to cultivate strong connections.
• Highly organized, with effective planning and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
