Your Challenge
- Proactively develop and maintain a self-acquired portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth Indiviudals (UHNWI) focusing on the UK International Market.
- Create and cultivate trust-based relationships with clients through regular and personalized interactions.
- Respond to all client needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and overall objectives effectively.
- Provide tailored wealth management services, formulating integrated solutions based on client objectives.
- Manage client assets in line with investment guidelines, collaborating with the “Advisory Solutions” and “Investment Management” departments.
- Monitor financial market developments and adjust investment strategies as necessary.
- Introduce the Bank’s products and services, offering clients bespoke investment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in acquiring new UHNWI relationships through an established network in the UK International market.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in advising sophisticated UK-based clients, managing substantial portfolios within Private Banking Financial Institutions.
- Investment advisory competence with experience in local equities and bonds, along with extensive knowledge of derivative instruments; experience in portfolio management is a plus.
- Broad understanding of global financial markets, economics, and current affairs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging new business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK market, including its legal and regulatory framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills complemented by strong negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Recent experience living and working in the UK is advantageous, but maintaining relationships in the UK market is essential.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Business-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Strong planning, prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Open, approachable, and collaborative team player.
- Passionate about client service, persistent, and persuasive.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
- Relevant higher educational and professional background, such as holding a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
