Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a management team operating within a dynamic setting aimed at interdisciplinary research, development, and translation at the intersection of medicine, engineering, and life sciences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the management team in the planning and execution of core business activities, including network management, fundraising, interdisciplinary research programs, and development projects.
• Coordinating internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the academic mission and operational standards.
• Utilizing your visionary mindset and proactive approach to develop and implement innovative formats in health tech entrepreneurship, such as launching summer schools and creating incubator programs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A completed university degree, with a Master's or doctorate in engineering, natural sciences, or a medical field.
• Several years of professional experience in industry, hospital or disability services, or public authorities in health technology.
• A proven track record of leading interdisciplinary projects with strong project management skills.
• Experience in entrepreneurship is desirable.
• A proactive personality who inspires others with ideas and vision, accompanied by decisiveness, confidence, self-critique, and inclusivity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (French/Italian is an advantage).
