Your Role in Our Success

As a key member of our Product Assurance Engineering team, you will engage with a diverse group of international professionals dedicated to upholding excellence and driving innovation. Together, you will cultivate a culture that champions creativity, mutual respect, and collaborative success.

Your Mission Includes:

• Developing and implementing product assurance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to space industry standards and regulations.
• Acting as the primary interface for customers on all quality-related matters.
• Supervising product development and qualification, overseeing relevant quality aspects.
• Leading non-conformance and failure investigations when product requirements are not met.
• Preparing product assurance documentation in alignment with project milestones.
• Participating in the ongoing improvement processes of the quality department.

Your Background and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Your expertise with standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL, along with strong analytical and communication skills, will be essential in this role. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is an added advantage.
