Product Manager, Agentic AI Solutions

Position Overview

This role is set in Basel, Switzerland, with a hybrid work model of three days in the office each week. The position involves leading the product strategy, development, and integration of a suite of Agentic AI solutions that support the Research organization. The responsibilities stretch across product management, AI platform strategy, and governance with an emphasis on solutions built on Palantir Foundry and AIP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management for multiple Agentic AI solutions, overseeing strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management.
• Define product vision, value proposition, and success metrics for AI-enabled solutions that enhance research productivity and decision support.
• Collaborate with scientific, digital, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
• Manage product planning and prioritization for solutions built on Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Integrate Research Agentic AI products with the Enterprise Agentic Mesh to enable interoperability and collaboration.
• Develop strategies for integrations with enterprise agents and shared AI services to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Drive the product strategy for Agentic Identity and Security, focusing on access models and governance practices.
• Establish frameworks for agent lifecycle management and product governance.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define system requirements and integration patterns.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to ensure responsible deployment of Agentic AI capabilities.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and business impact to inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data, and research stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with a strategic focus on enterprise-scale technology products.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or agentic systems within a product or transformation context.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or AIP is highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise product delivery, integration strategies, and operating models.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple products in a complex global environment.
• Familiarity with research and development environments, particularly in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to executives.
• Proven capability in translating complex business needs into clear product direction and actionable roadmaps.

Desirable Requirements

• Understanding of security, access, and governance concepts for enterprise AI systems is preferred.
