Your Mission

• Develop and implement product assurance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with space industry standards, customer specifications, and regulations.
• Act as the primary interface for all customer quality topics.
• Oversee and guide Product Development and Qualification concerning quality aspects.
• Lead non-conformance and failure investigations when product requirements are compromised.
• Prepare Product Assurance documentation in line with project milestones.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement process within the Quality department.

Your Story

• University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Familiarity with standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL.
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical products and systems.
• Excellent writing and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
