Lead AutoGen Engineer (f/m/x) with English & Hindi language skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG systems for complex, document-centric domains, establishing effective ingestion strategies and optimizing retrieval architecture.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration systems that integrate specialized agents, utilizing autogen frameworks for efficient parallel and sequential workflows.
• Develop LLM routing and evaluation infrastructures to select models, optimize parameters, and ensure auditability for regulated environments.
• Lead comprehensive technical delivery from problem framing to system implementation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
• Engage with regulated industries such as life sciences, insurance, and financial services to navigate compliance and domain accuracy challenges.
• Assess and implement fine-tuning techniques when retrieval-based solutions are inadequate, applying sound judgment in each scenario.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards in agentic AI development.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate complex domain requirements into effective system behaviors.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience with 8+ years in developing and refining production-grade agentic systems across the full technology stack.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistics, probability, data science, machine learning, and transformer architectures.
• Expertise in multi-agent frameworks and orchestration patterns suitable for complex workflows.
• Thorough knowledge of data ingestion, retrieval strategies, and generation techniques for diverse content types.
• Experience in delivering agentic systems within regulated industries.
• Ability to integrate multiple LLM providers while ensuring routing logic, audit logging, and parameter optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant engineering tools, with cloud platform experience in AWS and GCP.
• Advanced database skills across SQL, NoSQL, and VectorDBs.
• Ability to lead technical teams and uphold quality in delivery across complex engagements.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Hindi and English for effective teamwork and coordination.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to clinical or regulatory document workflows, such as pharmaceutical submissions and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with IBM's agentic asset portfolio.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and emerging standards in agentic interoperability.
• Experience in designing multi-agent systems across various domains.
