Product Testing Role Overview

Your Mission
- Command the Validation Strategy: Define and implement rigorous testing strategies for durability, comfort, and performance across specialized high-performance sport categories. You will oversee the full testing process, identifying requirements based on product briefs and target consumers.
- Uncover the Truth in Data: Lead qualitative and quantitative testing, conducting perception studies and real-world validations to ensure products meet authentic athlete and consumer needs. Integrate consumer insights and scientific data into standard product evaluations.
- Drive Confident Decisions: Transform complex testing results into actionable insights that empower confident decision-making and enhance product excellence. Analyze performance and durability data, producing clear reports for stakeholders.
- Influence Product Creation: Engage in hands-on performance testing and present findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders. Deliver insights on benchmarking and competitors to identify innovative opportunities for product differentiation.
- Build the Testing Ecosystem: Establish efficient testing processes and feedback loops that align with Product Creation timelines. Maintain a dynamic network of high-performance testers to support everyday needs and urgent projects, while organizing testing events to engage the community.
- Elevate Operations: Collaborate with testing systems to ensure high-quality data and optimized reporting. Contribute to team goals, process enhancements, and the continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

- With 7+ years of experience focused on the human experience within products or services, you bring valuable insights to the table.
- Willing to travel globally, you are flexible to work outside traditional hours to align with athlete schedules and events.
- A clear communicator in English, both verbal and written.
