Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative peer-to-peer education programs and HCP engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Communications and external agencies.
• Establish and oversee a National Speaker Bureau, which includes identifying, contracting, and developing KOL speakers.
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring compliance with on-label guidelines.
• Explore and advocate for new formats and approaches to improve the effectiveness of peer-to-peer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong experience in developing and managing HCP engagement programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards related to HCP interactions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
