Join Our Dynamic Packaging Compliance Team

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support packaging compliance activities across a variety of critical operations. This role emphasizes ensuring that packaging processes align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Packaging Support:
    • Investigate Clinical Complaints (CFAIs) within the Packaging Area.
    • Conduct compliance-related investigations and manage SAP Quality Notifications and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
    • Manage SOP updates and ensure accurate batch record documentation.
    • Support training activities and coordinate operational tasks within the area of responsibility.
    • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for assigned work centers and resolve operational issues.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Adhere to dress code and GMP area access requirements while following gowning procedures.
    • Support GMP compliance activities and report any safety issues identified.
    • Review monthly nRFT submissions and take action as required.
  • Training & Onboarding:
    • Deliver training activities and assist with the onboarding of new employees.
    • Maintain SAP Comet user roles for new hires and address role changes.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, with relevant experience in pharmaceutical packaging or compliance support within a life sciences-related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Advanced understanding of GMP, GDP, and EHS requirements relevant to packaging operations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with collaborative and communication skills.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level or above preferred).
