Senior SAP TM Consultant - Europe

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP TM Consultant to play a pivotal role in a global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within Europe and involves collaborating with various business teams to enhance transportation management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and shape both global and country-specific Transportation Management requirements, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Oversee the coverage of Transportation Management process flows within comprehensive end-to-end business scenarios and support PQ script preparation.
• Develop, update, and guide the execution of PQ scripts and related testing activities.
• Facilitate business workshops and engage with cross-functional teams to enhance transportation planning and execution processes.
• Assist in deployment initiatives, cutover activities, user training, and the alignment of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Over 10 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP TM and S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP TM Solution Architect in global implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
• Thorough understanding of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, Logistics Integration, and TM Master Data.
• Proficient in integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics/carrier systems.
• Exceptional skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
