Your Responsibilities

• You will maintain the integrations within our SAP Customer Experience (CX) landscape, including SAP C4C, SAP Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications.
• Develop new integration flows between SAP C4C and other SAP as well as non-SAP systems, ensuring their reliable implementation.
• As a central specialist for system integrations with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), you will take responsibility for this critical area.
• Accompany internal stakeholders in process analysis, conception, implementation, and training of trainers.

Your Profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP CPI integrations with both standard and custom iFlows.
• Familiarity with API usage, particularly OData.
• Knowledge of SAP C4C, including customizing, API use, and UI adjustments.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support international teams.
