Your Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated individual to lead our SAP BW and Group Controlling Applications team within the Analytics & Data department. This position involves managing a small team of experts responsible for the operations of SAP BW and Group Reporting applications while also playing a key leadership role in the S/4 conversion program.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP BW & Group Controlling Applications team, ensuring efficient operations, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Budget, prioritize, plan, and manage projects and changes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Serve as the BI Workstream Lead in the S/4HANA conversion project, coordinating activities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP BW and Group Reporting solutions.
• Ensure alignment with overall IT and the Analytics & Data strategy.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Finance/Controlling IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading SAP BW–related teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP BW (on/4 HANA) and group reporting processes.
• Experience in managing transformation and migration projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English and solid German language skills.
