Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with the Radisson brand and experience with the Emma PMS system.
  • Proven reservations experience within the Zurich area.
  • A team-oriented individual with enthusiasm and a customer-focused “Yes I Can” mentality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Highly organized and efficient work practices.
  • Possession of a valid residence and working permit for Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process all reservations requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or e-mail.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type.
  • Verify availability of room types and rates.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests from guests.
  • Answer inquiries regarding property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Input and access data accurately in the reservations system.
  • Indicate specific room reservation types by inputting the correct codes and rates.
  • Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
  • Support the team in achieving common goals and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
