Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with the Radisson brand and experience with the Emma PMS system.
- Proven reservations experience within the Zurich area.
- A team-oriented individual with enthusiasm and a customer-focused “Yes I Can” mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Highly organized and efficient work practices.
- Possession of a valid residence and working permit for Switzerland.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

Main Responsibilities
- Process all reservations requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or e-mail.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type.
- Verify availability of room types and rates.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
- Accommodate and document special requests from guests.
- Answer inquiries regarding property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Input and access data accurately in the reservations system.
- Indicate specific room reservation types by inputting the correct codes and rates.
- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
- Support the team in achieving common goals and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
