Your Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000) on schedule and according to the OEM’s specifications and engineering order.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Handle operating materials with environmental consciousness.
• Work independently while thinking and acting economically.

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good health, capable of working under pressure.
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Good written and spoken German and English (level B1).
• Willingness to work in 2-shift rotations.
