Swiss Himmel GmbH, located in Basel, Switzerland, is in search of a seasoned consultant specializing in People & Organization Transformation. This position focuses on enabling HR systems and fostering future-ready organizational structures through strategic collaboration with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Enablement & Integration
- Lead the deployment and optimization of people ecosystems to enhance employee experience and data-informed decision-making.
- Conduct digital maturity assessments and create enablement roadmaps aligned with workforce strategy and corporate objectives.
- Define user adoption KPIs and oversee change readiness for technology rollouts, ensuring workforce involvement and business continuity.
Organization Design & Operating Model Architecture
- Analyze current organization structures using quantitative and qualitative diagnostics, such as skills gaps and engagement metrics.
- Design scalable and agile operating models utilizing workforce segmentation and capability taxonomies.
- Align organizational structures with transformation initiatives focused on delivery needs and cross-functional integration.
Enterprise Change Management & Transformation Governance
- Develop structured change management strategies employing account and role-based frameworks.
- Build comprehensive transformation plans including stakeholder mapping and impact analysis.
- Facilitate leadership alignment to foster cultural adoption of new operational methodologies.
People & Culture Enablement
- Assess organizational culture through behavioral diagnostics and craft strategies for culture shifts that support transformation.
- Design interventions aimed at promoting psychological safety and inclusive leadership.
- Provide advisory services on strategic workforce planning and employee experience transformation.
Client Engagement & Advisory Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leaders, synthesizing insights to co-create transformation roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional consulting teams, aligning strategies with enterprise initiatives.
- Deliver thought leadership on emerging trends and transformation acceleration methods.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in people transformation and digital enablement.
- Proven track record in deploying global integrated operating models.
- Strong familiarity with change management frameworks and digital workplace technologies.
- Exemplary stakeholder management and advisory skills at the executive level.
