About the Team
The Marketing Partnerships team cultivates strategic, mutually beneficial relationships across UC3’s network of sponsor and licensing partners. We prioritize partners’ business goals and needs, delivering industry-leading support across partnership management, digital rights implementation, and UEFA Men's Club Competition (UMCC) brand stewardship, while also supporting UC3 in marketing sales for the 2024-27 cycle.
Your Contribution
In this role, you will be integral to the delivery of sponsor partnerships across UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions, reporting to the Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions sponsor partnerships, ensuring best-in-class delivery of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with UC3’s commercial partners’ activation agencies to ensure contractual rights and obligations are met to the highest standards.
- Managing a wide range of competition-related approvals for commercial partners, including onsite activations and the approval of digital campaign materials.
- Facilitating clear communication of operational requirements to commercial partners, providing comprehensive briefings on relevant topics and supporting overall operations.
- Coordinating digital campaigns and working with partners on social media initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Playing a key role at UEFA Men’s Club Competition Finals each season, coordinating fan festival activations, guest experience programmes, and overall management activities.
- Preparing and providing input for regular reports to UC3.
- Executing important administrative tasks that are crucial to the successful delivery of contractual rights.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience or demonstrate a keen interest in sports marketing and sponsorship, with a strong understanding of digital marketing. Efficient project and time management skills are essential for balancing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills will enable you to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. A client-focused mindset and commitment to quality are vital, alongside a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for innovation.
