Your Role and Responsibilities

• Implement global brand image initiatives by identifying and negotiating brand partnerships to enhance awareness and desirability.
• Oversee the development and execution of the global media strategy, ensuring consistency and maximum impact across various markets.
• Coordinate seasonal content production with the creative team to ensure conceptually aligned and cohesive storytelling across all channels.
• Negotiate and manage national and local print media campaigns across Europe for optimal placements and high-quality execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
• Solid experience in a commercial or retail environment, complemented by additional marketing or business qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and creative direction.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in both German and English.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and process optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high aesthetic standards aligned with brand guidelines.
