Lead Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations Management

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to participate in a significant transformation program within the manufacturing sector. This opportunity offers a contract role with flexibility, requiring an on-site presence at manufacturing locations in central Thailand for the majority of the workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in Business Analysis and Product Management support in Manufacturing Systems.
• Contribute to the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and related technology portfolios.
• Manage portfolio governance and demand management processes.
• Develop business cases, prioritize tasks, and create roadmap plans.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact assessment.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across various departments and external vendors.
• Support or lead initiatives related to MES, Smart Factory, and Digital Manufacturing programs.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and reporting templates.
• Influence and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and guide less experienced Business Analysts as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in Business Analysis within manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), MES, and automation technologies.
• Proven experience with business processes including production execution and quality management.
• Solid understanding of industrial automation and IT/OT environments such as PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Ability to commence work within 2-4 weeks following acceptance of the opportunity.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring four days on-site at central manufacturing sites in Thailand. The initial engagement spans six months, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
