Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire architectural teams, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Manage complex building projects of various scales through all planning and execution phases.
• Act as a role model and mentor to junior architects, sharing your knowledge and experience.
• Represent the architectural discipline in interdisciplinary and complex projects.
• Develop and enhance your expertise in designing pharmaceutical and biotech facilities.
• Contribute to a globally operating organization, shaping advanced pharmaceutical facilities that improve patient lives.

Your Expertise

• Master's degree in Architecture with approximately 10 years of professional experience, preferably within the Swiss architectural, engineering, or planning environment.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors is highly advantageous.
• Ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling architectural concepts, communicating effectively throughout all project stages.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards, regulations, and project approval processes.
• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset, passionate about interdisciplinary project work.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland for project-related assignments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of understanding client perspectives, anticipating needs, and building trust through expertise.
• A charismatic personality with a passion for architecture, confidence in leading projects, and an ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
