Role Description
Support the Technology team in Switzerland by taking on a dynamic role focused on enhancing e-channel and analytics/reporting solutions. Collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to bolster in-house 1st level support and facilitate IT change initiatives aligned with the bank’s operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate client e-channels, including web banking and mobile applications, in conjunction with our providers Netcetera and Finnova.
- Manage and optimize the bank's analytics and reporting platform built on Qliksense/Apparo using MS SQL Server.
- Provide end-user support and implement data feeder solutions for clients based on Qliksense.
- Enhance 1st level in-house support while collaborating with external vendors to maximize IT value.
- Document and maintain the IT landscape, including server infrastructure, applications, and vendor management.
- Ensure data quality and availability for optimal operation.
Profile Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the IT sector of a banking environment, ideally a smaller institution focused on Private Banking.
- Strong background in e-channels, data analytics, and reporting solutions, complemented by coding and database skills (e.g., SQL, MS SQL Server).
- A motivated self-starter with a willingness to grow and accept increasing responsibilities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and high integrity who thrives in a dynamic international environment.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
- Must be a resident in Switzerland, preferably in the Zurich area.
