Strategic SAP EWM Business Process Expertise
Join the shared-services function of a global pharmaceutical organisation to deliver high-impact SAP EWM business-process expertise. This role focuses on functional support, user consultation, training, and operational process governance across warehouse and supply-chain operations. Working closely with warehouse, supply-chain, quality, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders, you will ensure SAP EWM effectively supports day-to-day operations within a regulated environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide functional and business-process expertise across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Support day-to-day warehouse and supply-chain operations using SAP EWM.
- Analyse and resolve SAP EWM process and operational issues.
- Work directly with warehouse and supply-chain users to understand business requirements and identify appropriate SAP solutions.
- Support incidents, enhancements, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Support and advise users across inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory processes.
- Provide guidance on RF processes, warehouse monitoring, and exception handling.
- Support integration-related processes between EWM and other SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, and QM.
- Provide end-user consultation, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Help maintain and improve warehouse process standards and governance.
- Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply-chain, and IT stakeholders within a regulated environment.
- Support the shared-services team in ensuring consistent and effective EWM processes across operations.
Required Experience and Skills
- 7+ years of SAP experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of inbound processes, outbound processes, internal warehouse processes, inventory management, RF processes, warehouse monitoring, and exception handling.
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM integration with MM, PP, and QM.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP EWM business-process issues.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
- Experience supporting incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with warehouse, supply-chain, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.
- Fluent Mandarin and English.
