The Opportunity

Our Business Consulting team specializes in delivering trusted advice to clients in various sectors, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to engage in transformational initiatives that are critical for our clients' success in a changing market.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage in business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement viable solutions.
• Present clear and analytical recommendations to clients using effective storytelling skills.
• Utilize and enhance EY's global methodologies and tools to achieve various transformation objectives.
• Foster professional growth through client experiences and internal training programs.
• Convene topic roundtables and lead thought leadership sessions.
• Support business development initiatives to offer valuable solutions to clients.
