The Opportunity
Our Business Consulting team specializes in delivering trusted advice to clients in various sectors, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to engage in transformational initiatives that are critical for our clients' success in a changing market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage in business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement viable solutions.
- Present clear and analytical recommendations to clients using effective storytelling skills.
- Utilize and enhance EY's global methodologies and tools to achieve various transformation objectives.
- Foster professional growth through client experiences and internal training programs.
- Convene topic roundtables and lead thought leadership sessions.
- Support business development initiatives to offer valuable solutions to clients.

- Outstanding academic achievements from a leading university.
- A strong desire to excel in a dynamic consulting environment within the financial services sector.
- Team project experience through education or internships.
- A methodical and organized problem-solving approach.
- Proficient presentation skills and a commitment to client service.

- Fluency in English and German; Swiss German and additional languages are advantageous.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in consulting or Financial Services through internships or entry-level positions.
- Interest in Target Operating Model design and process improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Interest in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
