In our Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a crucial role in digitizing financial processes, designing financial operating models, and implementing next-generation digital finance functions. Your expertise will be vital in consulting clients on leading technologies (such as Blackline, Trintech, and Redwood) and optimization measures throughout the R2R process:

• Advising finance organizations on the digitization of financial processes—from strategy development through conceptual design and process design to optimization and implementation.
• Assisting with the design of financial operating models, financial processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Consulting clients on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization measures along the R2R process.
• Actively participating in project success using state-of-the-art project management methodologies.
• Leveraging insights from daily consulting practice to enhance our advisory concepts, contributing to specialty articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborating with an international team on cross-functional assignments, actively shaping our culture and contributing to internal team development.
• Enjoying an interesting and international environment for your personal and professional growth.

Your Skills - Shape the Future

• Successfully completed a degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is a plus.
• A strong interest in the digitization of finance and IT solution architecture, as well as process design.
• High motivation and willingness to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• An excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools like MURAL™ or Power BI.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
