Responsibilities Overview

- Assisting with mise en place and preparing tables for service.
- Delivering dishes and providing support during service to ensure a seamless experience.
- Clearing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant environment.
- Supporting the service team with additional tasks as required.
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by upholding luxury service standards.
- Adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP and LQA protocols, while promoting continuous improvement.
- Implementing daily service protocols and standards effectively.
- Regularly reviewing and updating guest profiles to personalize service.
- Building guest loyalty and promoting the hotel's offerings.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest requests proactively.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Reporting any unusual situations that may pose safety risks to guests or colleagues.
