Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to adeptly manage and process client calls and partner inquiries regarding various aspects of payment card transactions, adhering to established work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
  • Receive and resolve client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
  • Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and legal regulations throughout all customer interactions and processes.
  • Proactively develop solutions for client complaints, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Identify sales opportunities, including selling and upselling, during customer interactions.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in commerce or tourism.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Office applications and general PC use.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
  • Excellent soft skills including courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
