Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to adeptly manage and process client calls and partner inquiries regarding various aspects of payment card transactions, adhering to established work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
- Receive and resolve client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
- Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and legal regulations throughout all customer interactions and processes.
- Proactively develop solutions for client complaints, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Identify sales opportunities, including selling and upselling, during customer interactions.
Candidate Profile
- Background in commerce or tourism.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Office applications and general PC use.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
- Excellent soft skills including courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
