Overview

ZMT Zurich MedTech AG (ZMT) is a key player in the development of innovative tools and in silico solutions for life sciences. Within the Zurich43 alliance, comprising ZMT and partner organizations, the mission is to advance the knowledge and technology related to electromagnetic (EM) near-fields, predictive modeling of interactions between physical agents and physiology, and medical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop showcases for various applications to highlight the features and capabilities of our simulation platform (available in web and desktop versions).
  • Provide technical support to our global user base.
  • Deliver technical presentations at seminars and workshops.
  • Engage in scientific conferences and exhibitions.
  • Research and monitor market trends and competitor products.
  • Collect feedback from users and partners, collaborating with research and development teams to enhance our simulation platform.
  • Assist the development team during software release activities, including testing software, creating application notes and manuals, and conducting training sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in electrical engineering or physics.
  • Strong foundation in electromagnetic theory.
  • Practical experience in at least one of the following: computational modeling and simulation, antenna design, medical device engineering, software development, scripting, web applications, electromagnetic field theory.
  • Good understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Dedicated to responding effectively to partners' and customers' needs.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); ability to communicate in German is considered a plus.
