    • Oversee daily blending operations, including stock planning, blend sequencing, and output quality control.
    • Identify and implement blending optimization opportunities to enhance value recovery and minimize operational costs.
  • Field Auditing & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct operational audits of WSMD and blending activities at warehouses and smelting sites during international travel.
    • Evaluate compliance of third-party operators with WSMD terms and ISO sampling standards.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Create regular operational reports detailing WSMD performance, blending outcomes, and cost variances.
    • Maintain accurate operational records and aid in the enhancement of reporting frameworks.
    • Provide technical insight and briefings on WSMD-related risks to traders and logistics teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in WSMD roles within the metals concentrates or mining sector.
    • Proven track record in designing and operating blending facilities for various metals.

    • Able to operate independently in high-pressure environments.
