Position Overview

This opportunity involves hands-on involvement in the design, construction, and organization of a workshop located in Schlieren, ZH. The role is part-time, requiring a commitment of 2–3 days per week, with flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and construction of workshop infrastructure, such as workbenches, shelving, and systems for organization.
• Learn to operate workshop machinery, including lasers and CNC routers, utilizing proprietary software like LightBurn and MillMage.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, ensuring routine upkeep and addressing occasional repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and German, with proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoDesk Fusion.
• Willingness to learn company-specific digital fabrication software, including LightBurn and MillMage.
• Hands-on skills with tools and machinery, demonstrating comfort in problem-solving and construction tasks.
• Able to lift heavier loads (20kg+).
• Proximity to Schlieren (8952), ZH, for on-site responsibilities.
