Your Impact

In a leadership role within our Data & AI division, you will turn data into a strategic asset, driving a data-first culture and the development of cutting-edge AI models. By establishing robust data infrastructure and governance, you will empower decision-making across the organization while enhancing operational efficiency and unlocking new revenue streams.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Lead the Data & AI organization, delivering transformative data products and AI capabilities.
• Define and advocate for the Data & AI strategy to cultivate a competitive edge.
• Oversee the architecture and roadmap for the enterprise data platform and analytics ecosystem.
• Partner with various teams to integrate AI and promote a data-driven culture.
• Establish a data governance framework ensuring quality, privacy, and compliance.
• Champion best practices in DataOps and MLOps for reliable data pipelines.
• Build and develop a world-class team in data disciplines.
• Mentor senior leadership to address complex challenges.

Required Experience

• Over 15 years of progressive engineering experience, including 8+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in delivering impactful large-scale data platforms and ML models.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud data platforms, MLOps principles, and machine learning frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex data concepts to executives.
• Visionary leadership ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and foster innovation.
• Expertise in Data Governance and modern operational frameworks ensuring quality and compliance.
