Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager

Your Impact

As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, concentrating on supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry. Your responsibilities will include developing concepts for new business models and optimizing existing ones, followed by the global implementation of these models.

You will engage in scoping, planning, and delivering tailored solutions for some of the world's leading companies, with a special emphasis on the Financial Services sector. Your role will involve reviewing and assessing the global value chains and business models of multinational companies to identify client needs and create customized solutions.

Advising clients on the establishment and defense of transfer pricing policies for various transaction types (including financial transactions), as well as on transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions, will be key to your success. Additionally, you will provide guidance on dispute resolution assignments and collaborate on agreeing advance rulings.

Your Skill Set

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably in a consultancy role, with a focus on clients in the Financial Services industry and/or providing Financial Transactions transfer pricing services.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Prepared to take on leadership responsibilities within a team or area of expertise.
• Strong interest in figures and business contexts, adept at working with data, conducting research and drafting industry analyses.
• Curious and proactive in exploring new solutions for client challenges, seeking new information, and driving client impact.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term objectives, adaptable to complex and challenging situations while remaining flexible and persistent.
