Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager

Your Impact

In this role, you will manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, focusing on supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry. You will develop concepts for designing new business models or optimizing existing ones, along with implementing these models globally.

Your involvement will include scoping, planning, and delivering solutions for leading companies across a variety of industries, with a primary emphasis on the Financial Services sector.

You will review, understand, and assess the global value chains and business models of multinational companies—including flows of products, services, and intellectual property—to identify client needs and create tailored solutions.

Advising clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies for various transactions, including financial transactions, while also addressing transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions will be part of your responsibilities.

In addition, you will assist clients with dispute resolution assignments and advance rulings, as well as engage in winning work and developing service offerings. You will tackle diverse and challenging assignments by leveraging your expertise and the strength of our extensive global transfer pricing network. Your Skill Set

• A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a consultancy, focusing on clients in the Financial Services industry or providing Financial Transactions transfer pricing services.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Preparedness to take on leadership responsibilities within a team or area of expertise.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in figures and business contexts, alongside the ability to work with data, conduct research, and draft industry analyses.
• A curiosity for exploring new solutions for client challenges, seeking out information, and driving impact.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term objectives, demonstrating flexibility and persistence in complex situations.
