Your Tasks

  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve competency-based training programs for technical and operational roles.
  • Translate regulatory, OEM, and operational requirements into structured learning paths and curricula.
  • Define training standards, documentation, and governance mechanisms ensuring audit-ready compliance for all trainings.
  • Oversee the translation of program frameworks into deliverable learning solutions, ensuring trainers, SMEs, and shared services have the required inputs and standards.
  • Manage delivery of classroom, hands-on, and On-Job-Training activities.
  • Monitor training KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR to align training with business needs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation MRO, technical training, regulatory training, or program management preferred.
  • Proven senior-level project or program manager competence, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part 145, FAA, OEM) preferred, and a willingness to learn about engine maintenance processes, authorization/certification requirements, and deepen technical knowledge.
  • Experience with training program design, competency models, or LMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English skills (C1) required; German skills (B1) desired.
