Kandou is seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to support hiring across our sites. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and screening top tech talent, contributing to the establishment of high-performing teams in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for technical roles, such as software/hardware engineers and analog engineers.
- Review CVs and portfolios to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
- Stay informed on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech sector.
- Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology, such as front-end and back-end.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for engineering roles.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
