Kandou is seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to support hiring across our sites. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and screening top tech talent, contributing to the establishment of high-performing teams in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates for technical roles, such as software/hardware engineers and analog engineers.
  • Review CVs and portfolios to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
  • Stay informed on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology, such as front-end and back-end.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for engineering roles.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
