We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support a leading international organization in enhancing their IT and marketing operations processes. This role emphasizes a combination of technical expertise and stakeholder management, providing a unique opportunity to work collaboratively within business, marketing, and IT teams.

This position is offered as an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will engage in a minimum of 24 hours (or 3 days) per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours (or 5 days) following the initial duration. Our client promotes a flexible and hybrid working model.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to deliver ongoing platform support and enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Utilize your background in project management to oversee various initiatives and ensure successful execution.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, particularly within a technical or IT setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Background in account management or stakeholder management is preferred.
• General project management skills.
• Ability to work closely with IT and technical teams, fostering collaboration.
• Understanding of ticketing processes and workflows.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
