Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our Gas Turbine Test Facility team in Birr, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless planning, documentation, tracking, and administration of maintenance processes. Your essential responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing maintenance and inspection work orders.
- Maintaining asset data and preventive maintenance plans in API Pro.
- Documenting all completed maintenance and repair activities.
- Managing technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, certificates, and inspection records.
- Preparing and analyzing maintenance KPIs, focusing on plant availability, maintenance backlog, and equipment failures.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting spare parts management and material procurement.
- Assisting in projects, plant overhauls, and outage activities.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A technical qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in the maintenance of industrial facilities or power plants.
- A solid understanding of technical operations and industrial processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle technical documentation confidently.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
- A high level of service orientation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications; experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) like API Pro is a plus.
