In this role, you will partner with our customers as a trusted advisor, directly impacting how they achieve maximum value from AWS services and the cloud technologies that drive their business goals. With our rapid expansion—averaging 30% to 40% revenue growth annually—this position offers abundant opportunities to enhance your technical, consulting, operational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understand their business needs, review service disruptions, and assist in service planning.
- Utilize technical skills to address complex support cases and technical challenges.
- Understand operational parameters and troubleshoot processes for customer issues and escalations.
- Advocate for customer needs to navigate adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
- Enhance customer capabilities through workshops, operations, and architecture reviews.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while identifying cost-saving efficiencies.
- Collaborate with customers at all organizational levels, from developers to C-Suite executives.
- Work across multiple AWS functions, such as Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers.
