Strategic Initiative

We play a critical role in the Inita project, which aims to revolutionize cutting-edge AI research by transforming it into reliable, revenue-generating products. By allowing entrepreneurs to focus on critical business growth areas, Inita’s intelligent AI handles time-consuming tasks. We are seeking a seasoned professional to help drive the development of next-generation AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models, emphasizing the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for various Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal applications.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines while overseeing the complete model lifecycle to ensure the production of robust, production-ready ML systems.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art research into Inita's AI stack, managing large data pipelines.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategies and product development, translating advanced AI research into practical, revenue-generating solutions.
• Lead AI projects, ensuring all ML components align with business objectives while maintaining communications with stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate closely with backend, infrastructure, and product teams for the effective integration of AI into core products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers, facilitating knowledge transfer, training, and capability building.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Extensive experience in applied Machine Learning (7+ years) with deep expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision and LLM optimization.
• Specialized in building multimodal AI systems that analyze structured, text, and image data.
• Strong programming and deployment skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Flask, and SQL.
• Experience in tech leadership, managing ML engineering teams and complex projects in fast-paced startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability as a team lead.
• A solid educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematical Modeling or a related field.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Skills in programming and deployment on AWS.
• Experience in teaching or leading academic group projects in applied/computational mathematics or computer science.
• Strong foundation in Classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods.
• Experience with Generative AI and web services in a production environment.
