Main Responsibilities
The role includes a variety of essential tasks aimed at supporting guests and facilitating business operations:
- Provide general support to guests and visitors.
- Organize and coordinate business trips, including arrangements for flights, hotels, transfers, and meeting rooms.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for business trips, meetings, and projects.
- Schedule meetings and appointments while providing detailed overviews.
- Assist with visa applications and visa support for the Board and Sales Team.
- Deliver first-level IT support for technical issues.
- Engage in correspondence in Russian, English, and German.
- Manage travel expenses effectively.
- Liaise with external service providers as necessary.
- Handle commercial register entries and manage power of attorneys.
- Provide support for the Office Manager and cover responsibilities when needed.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager on projects, events, and conference organization.
