Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency via technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
• ERP Leadership: Lead the implementation of ERP SAP S/4HANA to ensure effective transformation of Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
• Supply Chain Analysis: Evaluate processes to uncover efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, executing a roadmap for simplification and automation.
• KPI Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting on key supply chain metrics including OTD, backorders, and supplier performance.
• Decision Support: Develop analytical models to inform supply chain decisions, including assessing the financial impact and optimizing product lines.
• Ad-hoc Evaluations: Conduct evaluations for factory product optimization and strategic sourcing decisions.

Desired Background

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly valued.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on influencing others.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
