Key Responsibilities

• Optimize business processes through technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of ERP SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless end-to-end transformation for Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements, executing an improvement roadmap to drive simplification and automation.
• Provide KPI reporting and performance analysis across the entire supply chain process, including on-time delivery, backorders, inventory management, stockouts, and supplier performance.
• Develop analytical models to support supply chain decision-making and report on the financial impact of these decisions.
• Conduct product optimization, analyzing historical sales by product and making recommendations for product line retirements.
• Perform ad hoc evaluations such as factory product optimization, sourcing strategies, lot size procurement, and transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• A strong background in Supply Chain Management is essential.
• Previous experience with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
