Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive Safety Culture while ensuring that Safety and Quality Policies are effectively communicated and implemented within the organization, including adherence to Airworthiness Directives and documentation standards.
  • Lead and manage a multi-cultural team of approximately 20 to 25 employees, fostering a performance-driven environment and positive workplace culture.
  • Drive a culture of performance through periodic target setting, structured follow-ups, and effective performance management processes, with a strong emphasis on employee motivation.
  • Plan and allocate resources to maintain high productivity levels while monitoring labor efficiency.
  • Advance personnel development and skill management to meet capacity requirements through On-the-Job Training (OJT), qualifications, certifications, and performance evaluations.
  • Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles and the 5S methodology to achieve organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in, prepare for, and lead internal and external audits within your area, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions and maintaining compliance improvements.

Profile Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with proven leadership and management responsibilities; MRO experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of operational processes and higher-level interdependencies within manufacturing environments.
  • A proactive, independent, and self-initiated working style, showcasing a high performance drive and strong focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in maintenance documentation systems; Microsoft Office is required, and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level; German language skills are a plus.
