Senior Role in Strategic Investment

Join an international financial holding company with a dynamic presence in Zurich, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization through strategic initiatives and innovative investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term strategic development initiatives for Swiss operations.
• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets (M&A) within Switzerland, leading the execution of deals.
• Construct and optimize international corporate structures, including Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and holdings.
• Offer expert guidance on investment strategies, asset structuring, and capital allocation.
• Lead the monetization of complex assets, such as physical securities and international bills of exchange.
• Participate in corporate governance and engage in Board or Supervisory Board activities.
• Implement and manage strategies related to crypto and blockchain where applicable.
• Make high-level strategic decisions independently, navigating conditions of uncertainty.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders across various jurisdictions.

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in investment banking, ideally within Tier 1 institutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of securitization, capital markets, and asset monetization.
• Experience with physical securities and international financial instruments.
• Understanding of trust structures, asset protection, and international holdings.
• Working knowledge of crypto assets, tokenization, and blockchain-based investment structures.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills at the executive level.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional proficiency in German or French may be required based on the canton.
• Possession of a valid EU/EFTA passport with a Swiss permit C, or a Swiss passport.
