Your Profile

  • Work experience in stewarding/cleaning is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of English; German is a plus.
  • Good physical resilience.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Independent and precise working style.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in back-of-house areas.
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in the scullery, kitchen, cold storage, and storage rooms.
  • Operate the dishwasher, ensuring proper sorting and clearing of dishes, cutlery, and porcelain.
  • Follow daily and monthly cleaning plans diligently.
  • Handle F&B materials carefully.
  • Utilize resources efficiently and cost-consciously.
  • Employ appropriate cleaning products and tools professionally.
