We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our vibrant campus community. In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning of equipment, materials, and kitchen facilities.
- Assist the chef with requisitions and storage of kitchen goods.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing basic raw materials.
- Ensure cleanliness of machinery and fridges in accordance with HACCP regulations.
- Monitor the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in both French and English.
- Demonstrated patience, organization, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
