We invite skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team at the prestigious campus SHMS Caux. The position encompasses various responsibilities centering on maintaining the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning of equipment, materials, and kitchen facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Support the chef with requisitions and the proper storage of kitchen goods.
• Assist the kitchen team in the preparation of basic raw materials.
• Clean machinery and refrigerators in compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Monitor the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and communicate any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in both French and English.
• Exhibits patience, organizational skills, and flexibility in a dynamic kitchen environment.
