Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning of equipment, materials, and kitchen facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Support the chef with requisitions and the proper storage of kitchen goods.
- Assist the kitchen team in the preparation of basic raw materials.
- Clean machinery and refrigerators in compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Monitor the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and communicate any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in both French and English.
- Exhibits patience, organizational skills, and flexibility in a dynamic kitchen environment.
