Position Overview

We are in search of a distinguished professional to establish and nurture a portfolio of client relationships in Turkey, offering specialized advice on a range of financial products and tailored services to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on delivering personalized advice and services to HNWI and UHNWI.
  • Collaborate with the Investments team to create tailored solutions for wealth generation, management, and transfer.
  • Deliver exceptional service to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Acquire private and institutional clients, including private clients, External Asset Managers, and financial institutions.
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with clients and prospects to foster business opportunities and maintain relationships.
  • Analyze various investment opportunities, providing clients with informed advice on investment offerings and product opportunities.
  • Contribute to enhancing profitability and evolving the bank’s value proposition.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines to minimize risks.
  • Champion and uphold internal policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business; additional professional certifications (e.g., CWMA) are advantageous.
  • A Master's Degree in Finance or related experience is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of substantial experience in Private Banking and the Financial Industry, with at least 5 years focusing on Turkey.
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated research proficiency in emerging markets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and technical expertise across various asset classes.
  • In-depth awareness of market competitive structures, industry practices, and relevant regulations for the Private Banking sector.

  • Proven track record in cultivating client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, guide, and advise both internal and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capacity to challenge the status quo and provide fact-based insights.
  • Effective communication, both concise and direct, especially under pressure, along with a commitment to knowledge-sharing.
  • Agility and flexibility in business and problem-solving situations.
  • Team-oriented outlook with a strong motivation and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Personality traits should include good common sense, curiosity, flexibility, and high motivation.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving as a collaborative team member, supported by a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including Bloomberg and/or similar platforms; prior experience with Avaloq is a plus.
